Shipping policy

At SYMPHONY, orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via our courier partner, Shiprocket, with delivery estimated at 3–5 business days for metro cities, 5–7 business days for tier 2/3 cities, and 7–10 business days for remote areas; a tracking link is shared via email/SMS once your order is dispatched, free shipping is available on orders above ₹5000 with a flat fee of ₹150 applying below that threshold, and in the rare case of delayed, lost, or damaged shipments, we work directly with our courier partner to resolve the issue through a refund or replacement, provided the shipping address and contact details supplied at checkout are accurate and complete.
